AGEHR National Seminar

General Information
To participate in the exhibit area for these events, you must be a member of the Handbell Industry Council (HIC). To join HIC, simply purchase a business membership ($130) in the American Guild of English Handbell Ringers (AGEHR).

All events take place at Rosen Shingle Creek Resort, located on Universal Boulevard and near Universal Studios, Disney World, and Sea World.  Further information about Shingle Creek may be found at www.rosenshinglecreek.com.

Exhibit times
A total of 31.5 hours of exhibit time has been planned.  These hours include the exhibits being open on Thursday, August 7 for International Symposium and Distinctly Teen participants to visit the exhibits and daily unopposed shopping time.

Exhibit Reservation Deadline:  Deadline extended to March 28

Exhibitors are encouraged to stay at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort. 

This will help to ensure that the room block is met, which in turn helps both AGEHR and HIC to meet expenses.

Hotel Rate and Reservation Information
$117.00 plus taxes per night for single/double with additional persons $20.00 per night.  To make reservations, please call 866-996-6338 and identify yourself as a member of the AGEHR group to receive the discounted rate.  You may also reserve your rooms on-line through the hotels website.

Parking
There is an $8.00 parking fee per day for self parking or valet parking is available at an additional charge.

Exhibit Space
Exhibits will be located in the Panzacola F Ballroom.  A site map is available on the hotel website.

Loading and Unloading
Exhibit unloading will be at one of the Ballroom Service Docks connecting to a service corridor leading directly to Panzacola F.  The docks, service corridor and Panzacola F are all on ground level.  Carts for unloading are not provided.

Booth Cost
Each exhibit booth (10’x10’) will be priced as follows:

$400.00 for the first booth
$325.00 for each additional space

Booth Specifications
Listed on the Exhibit Registration Form.  Additional booth items required, including electricity and telephone, will be secured through GES Exposition Services.  An exhibitor packet will be sent following confirmation of your booth registration.

Overnight security costs are included.

Prize Drawings
 The daily prize drawings are offered in the exhibit space with items donated by exhibiters.  These drawings have become very popular with event participants and help draw additional traffic to the site.  Please consider what items you would like to donate for this activity.  A prize donation form is at here.

HIC Reading Sessions
Ten categories of reading sessions featuring music publications from HIC members will be presented during National Seminar.  Each will be repeated once.  All 10 categories will be presented once on Friday morning (August 8), prior to the official opening of National Seminar and a second time later in the Seminar schedule. HIC publishers who are exhibiting at the Seminar will be invited to submit music for inclusion in the reading session repertoire.
