Questions Regarding Passwords and Logging in to the Website

I have misplaced my password. How do I get a reminder of what it is?

I am a new member. How do I obtain my password?
Follow the link at the end of this question. After submitting your membership ID the website should send a password to the email address you provided to us when you joined. password link


I am a new member and have followed the directions to request a new password, but the website takes me in an infinite loop and does not send me a password.
In some cases the website database has not been updated with new member numbers. We are working to fix this issue. In the meantime you will need to contact us by phone or email (see bottom of this page) to request that we send you a password. We apologize for the inconvenience.


When I log on to the website it greets me by name but it does not give me access to the members only features.
In some cases the website does not give you access to some of the members only features until you have filled in your member ID and password from the top of the page titled "Members Only Content". (This is like logging in twice.) There is a link to that page at the end of this entry. We apologize for the inconvenience. Questions Regarding the Store

What is my user name for logging in to the Store?
Logging in to the store is separate from logging on to the website and members only area. You will have an entirely different user name and password for the store. These you select yourself by clicking on the blue “Register” button in the box that says “Authentication” when you go to use the store. When you start the registration process a “Create Profile” window will open up. If you are already an AGEHR member, where it says AGEHR Member select “Yes”. Enter your member number and click on the Search button. This will bring in some of your membership information. Toward the bottom of the form you will be creating your own user name and password for the store.


My log in to the store is successful but I am not able to put items in my shopping cart.
In a few cases the member's membership type did not get updated in the database for the store. Contact us and we will make this change, which will allow the store software to work correctly.


When I register in the store I am told that my membership start date is the date of my store registration and that my membership expiration is a year from now. This does not agree with my AGEHR membership expiration date. Has there been a change to my membership dates?
The providers of our store software are working to fix this issue. Your membership expiration date with us has not changed unless you purchased a membership through the store using your credit card. The dates for your membership are stored in a membership database that is separate from the store.


I am a member but member pricing does not show up for items in the store. Why is that?
The member pricing discounts will be applied when you check out your shopping cart.


The music file I have downloaded is corrupted.
Most likely you have an older version of the Adobe Reader software. Downloading and installing the latest Adobe Reader software usually takes care of this problem.


When I click on the link to download my music the website tells me I have nothing to download.
The music purchase gives you 24 hours to download the music. Most likely you have exceeded this time period. Contact us and we will see that you get the music.
