In order to access the Members Only features of this website, you must log in using your Member ID (your AGEHR member number) and password.

If you do not have a password, or if you have forgotten your password, please enter your Member ID below, and click the submit button to have your password e-mailed to you. Note: Your password will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you provided for your AGEHR record. If you think this e-mail may be incorrect or outdated, please call the office at (800)878-5459 or (937)438-0085.

Your Member ID (your AGEHR membership number) can be found on your membership card or your Overtones label.
