What is a member id?

Your member id is the same as your AGEHR member number.

Where can I find my member id?

Your member id is your AGEHR member number. This can be found on your Overtones label and also on your AGEHR membership card.

How do I get a password?

You can request a password by going to Request Password on the About Us menu of the website.

I forgot my password. Can you send it to me?

If you forget your password, you can request your password by going to Request Password on the About Us menu of the website. You will receive the same password again.

I requested a password, but I never received it.

We may not have your current e-mail address in your record. Please contact us to check. Also, many e-mail providers now have aggressive spam filters to filter out junk e-mail. While this is good, sometimes other messages get filtered out unintentionally. If your e-mail provider has a "junk" or "spam" folder, check to make sure that your password message is not there. If this is not the problem, you may want to contact us to check that we have your correct e-mail in your record.

I tried to request a password but was told there is no e-mail address in my record.

Since the passwords are sent to you by e-mail, we need to have your current e-mail address on record. Please contact us with your current e-mail address.

Why does it say that you don't have my e-mail address when I have been receiving E-Notes?

The e-mail address you supplied when you subscribed to E-Notes is only used for E-notes and is separate from your member account. We only use the e-mail in your member account to send you correspondence related to your membership, such as renewal confirmations and passwords.

Can I change my password?

No, you cannot change your AGEHR-assigned password at this time.

What can I access without logging in?

Most of the website can be accessed without logging in. You only need to log in to access features restricted to members, such as online Overtones access and the searchable roster.

I entered my member id and password, but I still can't log in.

If there is a zero in your password, make sure that you are typing a zero and not the letter "O" (the last 4 digits of your password should be numbers rather than letters). If you know that your member id and password are correct, please contact us. Tell us what type of computer (PC or Mac) browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, etc.) you are using (including browser version, if you know) so that we can assist you.
